The Master bedroom has a king and a single bed. It has panoramic windows and a sliding door that overlooks the pool. Its bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub, separate shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. Two rooms have queen beds, walk-in closets, with an adjoining bathroom that has double sinks. The fourth room has a king and two double bunkbeds. It has its own bathroom and entry from the front of the house. The common area of the house has its own bathroom and washer/dryer. Additionally, (not listed as part of the house) the outdoor pavilion has 2 additional bathrooms and a changing room.
Large Common Areas
A distinguishing feature of this house is its large common areas with an open concept - perfect for entertaining large families. The large kitchen opens to the 10-person dining table that is adjacent to the living room with multiple couches and a TV. The house covered patio also has multiple couches and an outdoor table that can fit 14 people! In addition, there is the large pavilion that also has multiple couches, seats, hammocks, an additional kitchen, bar, and bathrooms of its own.
Covered Patio with Large Dining Area
Expanding outside the house, but under the same roof, is the large patio. It has 3 tables that can fit 14+ people and its own outdoor sink- perfect for large family dining. It also has a couple couches and additional seating for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or watching the kids in the pool. If you want to continue to expand outside, you can mosey over to the neighboring pavilion for additional seating. The pavilion also has its own kitchen, bar, and bathrooms!
A Chef's Kitchen
The fully stocked and spacious kitchen is designed for entertaining and providing for large families. In addition to the basics, it has multiple rice cookers, a blender, a coffee maker, sandwich maker, and more. if you need more space or want to cook outside, you can use the kitchen in the pavilion or the outdoor barbeque. More than enough space to do all your cooking and entertaining!
