Wildlife
Monkeys, iguanas, turtles, macaws, toucans, and sloths oh my! Wildlife abounds and will not disappoint at the villa. You are in the jungle, and the encounters on this property will amaze you. The monkeys might leave little souvenirs, but they are worth the wait because they leave for their workdays but return home for their busy, chatty party every evening around four. The Titi Monos (monkeys) will become part of your family, and you will undoubtably run into many other creatures in this living sanctuary. Iguanas sun themselves everywhere, and a walk around the house will leave you in awe of the life around.
El Rancho
The Costa Rican name for the house pavilion is "el rancho". The palm roof of the rancho is one of the centerpieces of the property that will provide shade and cover from rain. This expansive space has ten hammocks, a dinner table made from native wood, a kitchen and bar, a plethora of comfortable couches and chairs, and men's and women's bathrooms and a changing room. Gather your family and friends for evening drinks, music, and dance with the monkeys. Enjoy cooking your meals outside and eating outdoors underneath the rancho.
Swimming Pool
Whether cooling off, swimming laps, jazzercising or just playing around, the oversized pool is sure to please. With complete privacy - night swimming underneath stars in the wilderness will leave you in awe. Enjoy your coffee by the pool each morning while you send the monkeys off on their daily adventure. Enjoy the birds flying over. Listen for the screeching macaws that frequent the skies of Esterillos. Make sure to plan a relaxing pool day. Soak up the sun in privacy and take a dip anytime!
Basketball Court
If you've had enough family time under the rancho and just want to walk away and be somewhere else, walk across the driveway and shoot some hoops! The monkeys will always be up for a pickup game. It's special to make a basket with the jungle all around. The noises of bugs and birds give this basketball court a unique flair that you'll never see anywhere else but here!
